Exchange & Return Policy

We at Fun Frills Studio endeavour to provide you the most amazing product. However, if you are not happy with the product, we will replace it for you or provide a complete refund if it meets the following conditions: 

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • The product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
  • The returned product is unused. 

Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery with proper valid photo or video proof. 

To request an exchange: 

Please provide us with one displaying the damaged part and showing the entire product, to help us ascertain the reason for return. You can send the video to supportfunfrillsstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery. Also mentioned your Order id in the email. Our Quality Assurance team will review the details to determine the eligibility of the return. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same product. 

 

Personalised Products -  
Fun Frills Studio has a strict NO EXCHANGE NO RETURN POLICY on all personalized products. Since each item is custom-made with your chosen name and details, we are unable to accept returns for: 

  • Incorrect name or details entered at the time of order
  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Minor colour or design variations
  • We kindly request customers to carefully review all personalisation details before confirming the order.
  • We do not offer refunds on personalised items.
